What we need on site
- A large, solid table for our equipment, minimum 79 × 36 in.
- A nearby power source, three chairs and a basket.
- A Wi-Fi network available in case of poor mobile reception.
- For outdoor daytime events, a shaded area such as a pergola or tent to protect equipment from direct sun and rain.
